My cholesterol levels went up 20 points just reading the recipe.

I'm gonna make it. It's a moral imperative.

I have one in the oven as I type this. I tried to use my gas grill but the grease kept flaring up and burning the outer layer so I moved it to my oven.

It smells great!.

I don't know whats more horrifying, that, or the thought of fudge on it :)

I was a Veggie for 3 months (girlfriend thing) and we had this stuff called "NotBacon" and "Notdogs" she always want me to make for breakfast. I dunno if thats actually Tofu bacon, but it wasn't good. No sir it was not.

But it might be better than having fudge on meat....

Fudge on your meat can be an amazing thing...but it's not for everyone.

Fudge on your meat , I think the less said about that the better .

After over 4 years in the Middle East I vowed to eat the pig every day .
Mmmmm I love the smell of bacon in the morning .

Spud are you serious about Chocolate Fudge on Bacon?

If yes, is it some kind of regional delicacy or just one of your own perversions ;)

This is my review of the Bacon Explosion.

AWESOME! AWESOME! I made my own BBQ rub and BBQ sauce. I also used 1 lb of Italian sweet sausage and 1 lb Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage. Unless you really like Italian sausage don't use 2 lb's of the Italian sausage.

I would also recommend using the thickest bacon you can find. I used a thin cut and it was a bit difficult to use especially when wrapping the sausage.

2 and 1/2 hours at 250º in the oven was perfect for the roll I made. The final temp was exactly 165º.

Everybody that tried it loved it and some even said it was as close to pork heaven that they'd ever been.

Chocolate and bacon can be a fanatic taste combo. Try crisping up some bacon and then crumble it into your favorite melted chocolate, spoon out some around half dollar size on a baking sheet then place in the freezer until the chocolate turns solid.

You can thank me later! :bravo:

It probably lost a lot of its bacon crispiness inside that bottle :D
