Chuck! Long time, no see (or hear)!

Very nice, Chuck! Hermida makes top-shelf stuff. Have you tried some of their other effects, like the Mosferatu overdrive?

That clip of you playing that posted on their website sounds great, too. Different set-up on that one?

Thanks VDM,

Haven't tried the Mosferatu, but have used the stock Zen Drive, the Special edition ZD and the Dual boost. I also use his 1x12 ported Z-cab.
great stuff.
And same gear for the clip on the site, just set up differently.
This was clip #4 and I finally tweeked so that I was happy on this one.

Excellent clip Chuck!

How about telling us a little about thr Brown Note D'Lite, which obviously must be in the Dumble vein.

Chuck!! You get around dude! Nice to see/hear you here.

I second the Hermida Distortion props!

Although not as sweet and smooth as CD, here is the pedal in action from NAMM. Bad audio but the feel and tone were very inspiring to me.

Hard to hear much on that clip, but what I heard sounded good, Scott!

What is the pedal similar to, if any?

I use a Maxon SD-9 mostly myself.

Robert,

I can't really say. I can say that it is like the Zen in chewy harmonic fatness, yet has more gain and way more bloom.

Yes it's in the D-camp. I don't know a whole lot about them tech wise. But it is 22 watts/6v6's. Simple set up with t,m,b and p.
A master v and an od section w/ drive and level. (and PAB)
Loves G12-65 (thanks Scott)
I love the amp. My tele sounds awsome with the amp OD or the Hermida pedals in the clean channel. Clean sound is really fat. Great for the tele and nice jazz neck pup tones from the Hofner. I could play any gig with it.
It's the finest amp I've ever owned by far.

Chuck I think that I might've asked you the same thing after you posted a clip a while ago. :thwap:

But it's great to know more about that amp. I want one ;).
