What's light beer? Is that made from herbs? I've never heard of such a thing. I always thought there was just beer.

Beer is kinda like sex. When it's good, it's good, and when it's bad . . . it's still pretty good!

Drinking light beer is kinda like kissing your sister.

And if you made the slightest mental connection between this post and the preceding one, you're a filthy-minded pervert.

New sig material... Thanks!

Light beer isn't bad for you, unless consumed in large quantities.

Anyone know of any good light beers?;) :D

I just bought a case of Bud light last night because I needed to save some calories-I also went to Sams Club and bought 30lbs of French Fries, which I will cover with Ranch and bacon and drink the beer:beer:

Woooahhhh.

There's an important distinction that I feel needs to be made here.

In Australia "Light" beer is low alcohol beer, and I thought in the USA at least, "lite" beers were low carb beers. Is that about right?

We have low carb beers here too (all but one being vile creations of pseudo chemists who clearly don't drink beer) but if you ask for a light beer in a pub in Australia you'll get a low alcohol beverage (under 3%).

People that drink "lite" beer do not like beer, they just like to pee a lot.

I've always been fond of the notion that you don't ever "buy" beer, you just rent it for a little while ;)
