I loved Ackermann in his Focus days - he had such great chops, from lute to classical to the jazz/rock of Focus. I've often wondered what became of him, but never thought to check youtube... Thanks!

There is a clip of him with Paco de Lucia that is awesome although his tone on his Lester is kind of odd.

Here it is. Paco is awesome what a player I really like that style guitar but it is way way way out there for me.
