Here s a discovery for me , did nt know this guy, he s having a wonderful tone mostly clean and his own way of playin .
He plays a kind of Blues Jazz style & has a stereo set up wich sounds cool .
If you have headphones you ll get the deepness of his tone ..
Nice trio groove here..

Like it a lot..Johnny A.

Yep, Johnny is great. I've been a big fan for a couple of years now. He's based out of Boston, so I'm hoping to catch one of his local shows when I'm in town there visiting my daughter at college.

Well, DVDM, he is playing again in Boston soon.

As you recall we saw him three months ago... now my wife is thrilled about his music and got tix to see him again, April 24th, same venue, Regatta Bar, Cambridge.

She now got the idea of seeing John Schofield play... your Johnny A initial rec. created a guitar groupie...!

I once thought about getting one of his signature guitars until I saw the price. 57 Classics in what looks like a 339 style body with sharper cutaways.
Love that jazz, blues fusion style. Robben Ford and Larry Carlton as well.
