Hi there.

So the question is how to do clean bends, I mean I can do them, but I need to take much care for not do extra sounds.

I think my problem is because the nails of my fingers are somewhat rare :rotflmao:

The extra sounds that you will listen are because

There is a space between the soft part of the finger under the nail, and some times the string enter there and slaps when realeasing the bend.
The other chords sounds when I realise the bend (for example the other chords where up because the top part of the finger moved them).

I guess, the first is reduced a little by cutting at the top of the nail. The other one dunno.

It maybe just my ears but I hear overtones, what I mean is damping is needed, try and bend a note and hit all the strings but only let that one note ring by damping the other strings,it's hard at first but after a while you won't even have to think about it.Its not only what you hear but what you dont hear.Sumi:D
