Sorry Muddy for the dumb question from a Gibson guy but what does the Robot actually do. I heard it tunes itself, is that all?
Also is it chambered? It must be to house the electronics etc.
I had a car that color in the 60s. It was a 69 z/28 in Rally Green.
Strange assortment of features. Looks like a Studio body, a standard neck and a custom headstock binding. Pickup combo? Burstbuckers? Cool guitar.

Regular 490r/498t pups. Its one of those limited so the green and binding, holly and logo are not on all the new ones.It intonates also and really for my purposes it is great!!!

Robert I did get a amph but it is still at the shop .I will be picking it up this weekend and ill divulge what it is!!!!;)

I got a few more goodies also.(pics this weekend on some)

Robert one of my purchases was based on one of your new buys and im really excited because its my first:dude: :rotflmao:

ZMAN it isnt chambered but it is weight relieved (A few holes drilled out of body. If not sure check gibbys site for the difference):AOK:

Make sure you keep documentation on it, being a special edition. My friend has an 89 Studio that was a special edition and he didn't keep the documents on it and it is really hard to find information down the road.

15 seconds to change to a Drop D, or half stop down tuning. Wow would that be great.
Saves having 3 guitars on stage. I didn't realize it would do that.
