Hi folks,

found some nice new low wattage amps out there:
1st: The really cool looking AMPEG J-20 (http://www.ampeg.com/products/diamondblueguitar/j20/index.html)
No good samples so far, i'd really like to hear this one, seems to be a good price.

2nd: The new Marshall Haze amps (http://www.marshallamps.com/product_range.asp?productRangeId=28)
I don't like the digital effects. You get an impression in the overview/theater.

Greetings
Uli

The Marshall Haze head at 15-watts looks like some competition for the Blackhearts, Epi Valve Jr., and Blackstar. The small heads are selling pretty good right now. I wonder what the price range will be.

I'd like to see Fender come out with a small 15 or 20 watt head.

There used to be someone selling drop in cabinets to turn PJs and BJs into heads. Darned if I can find them now.

I read the head will sell in the $599 range.

Gearwire had the head at $840 and the combo at $1000 but I'm guessing that's list. At that price though it's not going to do much competing against the considerably cheaper alternatives. Of course, those alternatives don't say "Marshall" on them either.
