What are you guys doing for your wives today?

Picking out and planting a pie cherrie tree, and taking the kids with me while we do that, while she has some chillin' out time. Oh, and we gave her breakfast in bed.

I took the wife out to CHEDDAR's for dinner tried to get in at Texas Roadhouse but had a 2 hour wait. After a 50 minute wait at Cheddars we had a good lunch, then shopped for a couple of hours , got ice cream and came home.

Word to your mother.

Yes, I did just reference Vanilla Ice. :thwap:

Seriously though, happiest of days to all the mother's in all of your lives.

This was my wife's first mother's day. We went house hunting (and may have found one we like) and then took her mother out for dinner. It was a very nice day all around.

it's just 'mbpd' for me ['mother by proxy day'] but it was sweet when byproxy called just now.

i get to see them both next weekend. Baby Girl graduates from KU, and byproxy catches us on a connecting flight there. :)
