I've been a lifelong fan of Seals & Crofts since the very first time I heard their music. I saw them perform live in Rhode Island at the Providence Civic Center during the height of their touring career.

I have recorded a few cover versions of some of their tunes.

Here is my cover recording of "High On A Mountain".

disclaimer: I did the best I could do to play guitars, bass, mandolin, keyboards, percussion and sing the vocals :o . The older I get the more I hate my voice!

Nice one 60's ,nice spirit there ,i enjoyed Seals & Croft in the 70s..

I use to play Summer Breeze obviously..

Maybe the little razor guitar is a bit to present in the mix , but overall ,sounds realy nice ,good voice too..

Blaze, thanks for listening.

For the longest time after I had mixed it I felt the same way about that guitar part. I thought it was overbearing, but if you listen to the original recording by Seals & Crofts....Louie Shelton's guitar did sit on top of the mix when he played that part through that fuzz box.

I do agree with you, but it is what it is. ;)
