My youngest daughter and I recorded this 3 or 4 years ago. It's all her except for my adding lead guitar and bass.

:bravo: Thanks for sharing that marvelously talented offspring of yours here, Randy. :)

So...how's she doing, and where, now?

Wingsdad!

How are ya?

Thanks for asking about Joc.

She’s still living in Boston.

Joc has become very friendly with Chad, the lead guitar player and songwriter for State Radio ( a Boston based band). Chad also does a solo act and he recently was the opening act for Ani DiFranco at 6 of her concert dates on the east coast.

Joc recently sang and performed at a private party held at Chad’s home in addition to being invited to the party. She was nervous as hell, but all went well.

My hope is that Chad is comfortable enough to ask Joc to sing or play on the next Sate Radio CD. Who knows?

Joc recently spent a weekend with State Radio at Long View Farm Studio while they put the final touches to their latest CD. Long View is in North Brookfield, MA and is a noteworthy studio because it’s where the Rolling Stones and many many other notable acts have recorded. Joc mentioned that she slept in the same bedroom and on the same bed that Kieth Richards slept on during the 6 weeks that the Stones were at Long View Farm.

Here’s a link to Long View Farm Studio.

Here’s a link to a youtube video of State Radio that I think you will appreciate because you’re a Yankee fan!. The guy with the curly hair at the opening of the video is Joc’s friend, Chad. State Radio is a trio and they embody all that is good about music and helping other people.
