Did they copy the EVH copyrighted design? Hard to tell.

People's designs go into public domain if they do not actively exert an effort to stop others from using them. Witness the difference between Fender and Disney. Eddie wins whether he wins or loses.

Eddie owns the colors red and black. If you use those colors together, you have to pay Eddie royalties. :whatever:

Well, he hasn't won w me! Just another reason to dislike a guy I have already grown to dislike. He's WAY too full of himself...

Huh, I think the design looks like it could be equally inspired by the "American Idiot" and "Bullet in a Bible" album art. Did Eddie sue Green Day too?
