I really don't know the reason behind it, but Keith Vonderhulls is bringing back a limited run of the BYOC vibrato pedal kit (http://buildyourownclone.com/vibrato.html) that's been off the market for a couple of years. He's doing 100 kits and when they're gone, they're gone. This is a completely faithful reproduction of the vintage Boss VB-2 Vibrato which was produced from '82 to '86, with the single exception that the BYOC design is true bypass. Original VB-2's are highly sought after now, I'm told, and command silly-high prices. Uses a BA6110 IC and 100% analog "bucket brigade delay" chip technology. The kit goes for $125, but the ol' Voodoo Man will build you one, including full paint & decal finish for $150 + shipping. I defy you to find a better deal.... :eek: :dude: :rockon:
