Happy CANADA day to all the Fretters who live up there. God Bless you....because I couldn't survive in all of that COLD during a long winter. :D

I am working in my office today, but I took a longer lunch break and ran a 10,000 m time trial on the track with my running pals today! My time was 34:25.

That's how we celebrate Canada Day here!
