We played our first gig with the new bass player. We took a couple of months off to work him in and regroup. It felt great to be out amongst 'em again!

looks like you had fun man, the first gig with a new member is always tense, you dont know how well they'll perform under pressure eh?

by the way, that black LP is awesome.

I wasn't too nervous about the bass player. We took our time working him in, but we're still getting to know him and he's getting to know us. He has great chops, a great sound, and he's a heads up player.

Thanks for the props on the Les Paul. It's actually not black. The finish is "Pacific Reef" and it looks different at every light angle. It's my trusty Number One.

Thanks!

It's not one of the "chameleon" finishes Gibson offered a while back. It's just one of those finishes that hit you different at every light angle. Here's a shot that brings difference:

so youve got a green, a blue and a black les paul...depending on where your standing on the stage compared to the audience.

thats jsut awesome :rotflmao:
