I must share this valuable information with you.

The older we get the more important it is to incorporate exercise into

our daily routine. This is necessary to maintain cardiovascular health

and maintain muscle mass.




If you're over 40, you might want to take it easy at first, then do

more repetitions as you become more proficient and build stamina.


Warning: It may be too strenuous for some.


Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

Beer IS healthy, so long as you drink enough so you dont have to think about it :D:D

Ah yes, the joys of aging. How awful is it to have your body slowly betray you?

A little weight lifting (12 oz at a time) seems to help. Now that I've conquered the pales and ambers, it's time for heavy lifting: Black Butte Porter. Mmmm...feeling stronger already.

you should do what my grandad does, he must be doing something right, im 13 stone, 15 years old and can hold my own in a fight situation easily, im even a bit of a bully, but my grandad still beats me at arm wrestles more often than not.

hes 72 and we does hell loads of walking, hiking and such, he also is one hell of a healthy eater :rotflmao:

You may be on to something IBjunkie,Yesterday,scientists for Health Canada suggested that,considering the results of a redent analysis that revealed the precence of female hormones in beer,men should reconsider their beer consumption.The theory is that drinking beer makes men turn into women.To test the theory,100 men were fed 12 pints of beer each within a 1 hour period.It was observed that 100% of the men gained weight,talked excessively without making sense,became overly emotional,couldn't drive,failed to think rationally,argued over nothing and refused to apoligize when wrong.No further testing is planned.......... Man I sure am glad I don't drink!! Sumi:D:beer:
