Canadian tour in jeopardy? Not to be mean, but does this sound like a Spinal Tap moment to you too?
Steven Tyler of Aerosmith injured his head, neck and shoulder after a fall from the stage at an outdoor concert in South Dakota on Wednesday night. Mr. Tyler, 61, was airlifted to Rapid City Regional Hospital, but remained in good spirits, joking with doctors after the helicopter ride, The Associated Press reported. A fan, Lance Yellow Robe, who said he was near the stage when Mr. Tyler fell, told The Rapid City Journal, “You could kind of see it coming because he was dancing all over the stage.” Mr. Tyler was entertaining the crowd of thousands at the Buffalo Chip Campground with his moves after the sound system broke during the song “Love in an Elevator.”
