What Scott is talking about in this interview is really good stuff. Anyone who teaches guitar will nod accordingly... whether you are a beginner or an accomplished player - suck in some of the wisdom in here, brothers!

He really tells it like it is. Timing, feel, and tone are everything. Playing the correct notes is kind of last in order of priority.

I still watch his DVD and revisit some of the stuff he says about phrasing. It was a real eye opener for me when I first latched onto it.
