Maybe I'm beating a dead horse (hope not) but how many of you routinely record your practice sessions?
I ask because I finally was able to get a few things recorded today (nothing I would inflict on any of y'all) and afterwards, I wished I had done that yesterday, when I thought I was having a better day. Granted it was very rudimentary since I don't have the gear I want- I had put a bunch of BTs on a cd, plugged it into my amp, stuck a mic in front of it and let it rip, so the quality is not very good. But listening to it afterwards inspired me to do it more often if for nothing else but a learning tool.
