For Mexican food I like Cholula. As a basic red pepper sauce on other food I tend to like sauces like Crystal and Louisiane, which are like Tabasco only not as concentrated. I also like the Tabasco Chipotle sauce, but that's getting back into Mexican food again. For Asian food, there's always Hokan chili oil.

While not a sauce I eat Lousianna Yellow Hots almost with every meal. I like hot food.

I like Cholula and Tapatio. I used to be a Tapatio guy over Cholula, but my son has begun to convert me. I prefer locally made salsa with plenty of cilantro, ground relatively fine with plenty of red and juice.

I'm not usually a regular Tabasco sauce lover, but we received a gift of all these different Tabasco sauces last year, and have enjoyed using them on various meats. I'll recommend the Steak, Chipotle, and Habanero sauces. :drool

For Mexican salsa, I still love Pace Chunky Picante or their tasty Black Bean & Roasted Corn Salsa for chips.

For some reason Tobasco is a little too sour for me. I like Frank's Red Hot. Jim Beam is good too (their sauce is nice as well :D)

Sriracha. In the great big bottle.

That's pretty good stuff too, although in small quantities.

I love Patak's Chili Pickle, which is sort of a chunky relish type pickle - but for sauce I found the most amazingly hot stuff at a local farmer's market called "Hot Lurch", which is made from about 5 different types of chili including Scotch Bonnet...and no vinegar! :D
