Ever accidently hit a wrong note and it sounded better? :happy
I don't remember what chord I was playing under but I was just jammin' and hit a Bb note instead of B (on A string) and it sounded so good there.
It must be a tritone. :)

I have heard of bad mistakes and I guess a good mistake would be alright.

You're right about that and I have my share of 'em but hitting a wrong note that belonged there is a mistake I'm glad I made. :)
When I'm jammin' I think about intervals and I can't name all the chords I'm hitting. Sort of like a lightning doesn't strike the same place twice, I won't remember all that jazz.

 You know that feeling you get when you are leaning back in a chair on two legs and you start to tip backwards, and then regain your balance?
That's what playing guitar feels like to me!

A wise sage once told me........................
If you hit a bad note on a solo, you have two options:
-Play it again more forcefully and look around like you meant it to sound like that
-Keep bending the note until it sounds right

Every now and then a fret fart works out for the good.

'Well, I missed that one.
I'll go back and get it.' "
