No, this isn't about a guitar with a tuxedo deco :D

I found a free program today that is basically another Guitar Pro clone, but it seems like a pretty good program. Opens and exports Guitar Pro files.

It features (taken from their web site):
Tablature editor
Score Viewer
Multitrack display
Autoscroll while playing
Note duration management
Various effects (bend, slide, vibrato, hammer-on/pull-off)
Support for triplets (5,6,7,9,10,11,12)
Repeat open and close
Time signature management
Tempo management
Imports and exports gp3,gp4 and gp5 files

It's a nice little program to download some Guitar Pro files for and keep a nice digital library of songs to play.

Here's the site if you want to check it out. It's free, so it can't hurt.

I've used this before to read guitar pro and power tab files in Linux. Works pretty well. I didn't realize it was available for Windows, so thanks for the heads up.

It'll do power tabs too. :)
