Good morning everyone! It is another Thanksgiving day! I am starting off by being thankful I got to sleep in til 8:00, thankful for my morning coffee, and thankful for my friends here at the Fret! I am of course thankful for my family, and that we are together, hosting a nice dinner tonight.

In this year of challenges for so many, my family included, I wish all of you a wonderful day filled with family and friends, hopefully some guitar, filled with peace.

Happy Thanksgiving Fretters! and I mean all of us around the world! :AOK :rar :beer:

Sure looks tasty... save some for us, OK? :drool

We cooked ours yesterday afternoon. Looks like a prize, and I almost took pictures. About to start eating soon.

Mrs. Tig is a helluva good cook, so we're in great shape. I'm sure glad I burned a few hours of calories on the bike this morning. That's a tradition for me... to earn them calories!

Mrs and I went for a nice hike. It was a beautiful day and all along the way we mentioned things that we are thankful for. I didn't say it to her but I'm thankful for all you idiots.

It was a nice one! Played guitar a good chunk of the day, dusting off Christmas tunes I may perform with a buddy at a coffeehouse, and remembering my jazzy comping chords for the songs, and playing guitar with my daughter while she strummed on hers. Fun! Had a bunch of folks over, 17 of us total. We even had a Kiwi (New Zealander) over who lives here, as his family is out of town. He is a riot! And of course brought some Steinlager. LOL! A nice day!

We are headed to Salt Lake City for the weekend to do some shopping and see the sights of the season. I hope to have time to pop into a guitar store or two if we are in the neighborhood. Have a good weekend all!
