When It comes to my stuff Im basically a stickler for clean and shiney. Well my nice new Gibby 335 had a cloudy patch on the front where my arm goes over it I think it might have been body oil and possible underarm deodorant residue. I have since quit wearing a tank top when I play. You wouldnt notice it unless you looked for it. But to me it was like a zit on my nose on prom night! I could not clean it off with any polish/cleaner I had nothing touched it and I didnt want to damage my purdy baby. So I read about this Virtuoso guitar polish and cleaner and since this had me bummed out I figured lets try it. Well I got it today and wow this stuff works!! Put a little cleaner on there and rubbed it a little and it cleaned right up. Then hit it with their polish and now it just looks beautiful. This stuff was well worth the $20.00 dollars. Highly recommended!

I'm assuming it's nitro finish safe? You got a pic of your Gibson? Let me see that baby!

DVM thanks. But I should have mentioned that I can't see photos coming from online file storage sites because of a web filter we have at work. I was hoping Mark could upload to thefret and then post the link.

I use a motorcycle cleaner & polish called S100 Detail + Wax on my guitars.
This stuff works great on just about anything and gives your guitar a lemon-scented new-guitar smell. :)

Oh between my cars and my big red hog I have all kind of lotions and potions but I was a skeered to touch my nitroglycerin Gibby finish with em for fear of causing a disturbance in the force as well as my finish. I did use a little pure carnuba wax but the clouded spot wouldnt come out till I used the new polish and cleaner. Oh and here is a pic for you Tone
