Wow, what a cool unit! :applause :applause
I am just learning how to use it, but I sure like what I hear and see. The delays and modulation effects are really nice!
I will be back later with more feedback.

So Robert, how are you getting on with this pedal? Have you been able to put it through it's paces yet?

Timely post, Lev! I spent quite a few hours testing it yesterday, and it resulted in a demo that I'm uploading to youtube as we speak... :)
I love it. I am giving it a Dolphinstreet Award for 2009! Best pedal unit in 2009 by far.

Gee Whizz Robert. Lighten up a little bit. The last time you put up a post like this, I went out and brought a JVM:drool

Yeah, I think it's a great thing to have. Instead of having 3 - 4 pedal of good quality, for that kind money, the M9 gives you, what is it, 120 different effects? Lots of bang for the Yen!

I loved your demo. Thanks! Now that you have had it, do you still agree with going with the 9 over the 14 (oops, I meant 13) and if so, why? The 13 has an effects loop and some other options (more scenes, 3 more displays) that look good to me I think, but the 9 has a nice small footprint. What do you think now?

The 9 is better than the 14 for sure. Not better than the 13 though, but smaller. I think it just comes down size and flexibility. If you don't mind the larger size, and/or need a line out feature, get the 13. If you want a smaller rig, and you're not hung up on the displays and line out, get the M9. Just don't try to get the 14, cause I don't think it's even available yet. :)
