Hello to you good folks here at the Fret. I'm purdy much a life long
drummer and have fairly recently begun to explore the guitar. I am
purely hackin' around... Wouldn't know a chord if it stepped on my
foot. I basically have just some of that fun with it! Tryin' to learn
and really just make alot of racket with several pots 'n pans...
Yada-yada
I'm forty somethin' or another..? Quit keepin' track after 21, Actually
it was 25 when the insurance calmed down. At any rate, I hale from
out here in west Texas. More of a "Classic Rocker"... Sounds better
than "old dude". Seriously, I am purdy ol' school. Work hard all day,
everyday and just enjoy as much "free" time as I can get a hold of.
Spend a fair amount of that playin' music in a classic rock band and
whatever is left plunkin' around on a guitar and havin' a blast!
Thanks so much for havin' me here and I guarantee ya', I won't be
buggin' ya' with silly stuff... I do that elsewhere... Haaaaahhhhahh
Thanks again!!
Robert

Good to see another Texan! I grew up in Southwest Texas where we used
to go South of the Border for cheap deals, now I'm up here in the Great
White North and I still do the same thing only the country names have
changed. :-)

Welcome from another "Forty-something". Now that we have a drummer here, maybe we can start a real band, eh?
As Robert said, nice LPs! Are they all Epis?

It's a trek but not cold. I live in the warm part of Canada which
sucks because my igloo keeps melting!

Welcome to The Fret, Epi! Nice group of LP's there. I have an Epi Elitist LP Standard that I love. Also an Epi Dot and G400. Great guitars for not too much $$! :AOK

Welcome! 3 LP's is a very very very nice beginning for someone whose main instrument is not guitar!
Notice how I used one "very" for each LP?
Oh, and I promise to keep any drummer jokes to a minimum.
Though I have been known to stretch the truth.
