G-Dec 3 from Fender - the best practice amp ever?

This looks like an excellent new practice amp. Some really cool features including onboard storage for mp3's and practice loops, USB connectivity for recording, editing software to customise the amp, recording software - they've packed alot in here:

They pack a lot of bells and whistles, that's for sure.
The earlier incarnations often seemed to just "up and die" on owners, including a few members here.
Hopefully that's all fixed now, because the new models have some cool features.
