That's on their VHS tape that was rereleased on DVD not that long ago. Pilson doing the voice-over guy without cracking up is pretty good. Right before that they're talking about a rack of equipment they bring around to try to do some recording on the road. They probably would've killed for a ProTools setup on a laptop back then.

I'll bet. The rack in the room with them looked plenty heavy to me. I shudder to think how many times I used to lug my rack and 4X12 around back in the day, thinking all that crud was necessary for good tone.
