Oh, yeah - that's THE sound of blues on a strat. Any tips on generating it (aside from having your fingers...)?

Oh, yeah - that's THE sound of blues on a strat. Any tips on generating it (aside from having your fingers...)?thanks...all I used was my maple neck Nash strat with Lollars pickups into an a/b box to a Marshall 2204 JMP and Marshall 2555 Silver Jubilee...
