Ahh, what a day!

1. I get an incredible strap delivered. Our own otaypanky (Brookwood Leathe (http://www.brookwoodleather.com/home)r) made it, and it's a freakin' beauty. Fantastic! Pics to come.
2. I get an interesting book I have been looking for and I ordered it used a while back and forgot about it.
3. The latest Line 6 Pod Farm 2 and the stomp box packs are installed - it's also incredible what amazing tones are in this stuff. Will make some attempts at video of this ultra-uber-cool software! Sounds kick butt good.
4. I get a new audio interface delivered! I got it off of Kijiji and it wasn't local, so I paypal'd him and he wasn't returning emails immediately, so I got nervous. However, it was delivered today too, and it looks like brand new (although it's a year old). What is it then? It's a quality audio interface for Mac computers, called Apogee Duet.

What a day! It's too warm here to be Xmas, but I'm starting to wonder. :what I thought I heard Rudolf sneeze.

Hey, cool. I have heard of that Gio interface and thought that looked interesting for using the effects within Garageband or Logic. http://www.apogeedigital.com/products/gio.php

I had not heard of Apogee before.

Looks like we need to make you the Sr. Vice President of The Fret GAS Division! :master

Looking forward to any video reviews/demos, and be sure to be using the new Brookwood Leather strap.

I plugged in the Apogee Duet last night, and holy cattle - it sounds incredible! I mean, just listening to iTunes, the sound through my speakers were way better than before. Why didn't I get this a long time ago? Slap me!
I haven't recorded with it yet, but I am very eager to... it's also small and firewire-based, and it gets all its power from the computer, so no extra power supply needed. Software controls the input/output sliders, etc - the hardware is very simple as a result - just one big wheel for output volume, and breakout cables for connection. It rox! :D

Merry Christmas Robert!
I envy you. I've been waiting overly long for a couple of amps (currently stuck in customs) and my first self-designed "Hell Guitars" t-shirt (currently god knows where). Maybe, if today is really Christmas, they'll both arrive today!

Just noticed that you posted yesterday. Guess it's not Christmas afterall. Rats...

Wow Tig. For a minute there I forgot all about the amps. I found myself, um... moved by your kind wishes. Thanks!
