Until I put on a few pounds the last few years, I was the same... You could read my pulse by just looking at my neck!

Been having a good time so far, nice weather too. Tried some Granville island beer yesterday and checked out UBC campus where our oldest goes to school. The race is on tomorrow! Looks like it will be raining.
