Interesting to see who has what...

Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Rod Stewart, David Bowie, Jimmy Page, Robert Plant, Roger Waters and Dave Gilmour have all fought off the recession and will be listed in The Sunday Times’ 2010 Music Rich List published this Sunday.

As usual, music executives top the list, but Sir Paul and Sir Mick placed impressively in the top ten. Jagger’s estimated fortune of £190m ranks him at No.7, while his Stones’ partner, Keith Richards, ranks at No.10 with £175m.

1. Edgar Bronfman and family (£1,640 million)
2. Clive Calder (£1,300 million)
3. Lord Andrew Lloyd-Webber (£700 million)
4. Sir Cameron Mackintosh (£635 million)
5. Sir Paul McCartney (£475 million)
6. Simon Fuller (£350 million) -I wonder how much is from American Idol, and the UK equivalent?

9. Sting (£180 million)
10. Keith Richards (£175 million)

I didn't see Gilmour on the list, but I'm glad to see my old friend, Tom Jones up there.

Asking myself when we can call Clapton a Sir.

His cleaning up years ago and then all the Crossroads work might help.
Hid autobiography was pretty interesting, BTW.

Loved his autobiography. It was a great read and for Clapton it was very open.

Pity that piracy has impacted them like that. I hope they don't have to eat too much Top Ramen.
