Very nice! I don't think I've seen that Gibson amp before. Looks sweet. How would you describe it, tonally?

BTW, I have a Strat Plus also, an '89--love it to death. Never bonded with the Lace Sensors, though, so I have Fender CS Texas Specials in the neck and middle positions and a DiMarzio Virtual Vintage Blues noiseless at the bridge. I have a couple of push-pull pots installed, one to split the bridge coils and the other to add the bridge in series with any of the other pickup settings. Snazzed it up a bit with a black pearloid p/g and black p'up covers & pot knobs. A.k.a. "Darth Strat":

Almost everything I don't have loaned out, actually -- Agile LP, SX Tele, Seagull acoustic, Tech 21 amp, Boss looper, some headphones, a few cables/tuner/metronome, and that's about it.

Voodooman, thanks, I agree the lace sensors were not my cup of tea either, did not even like strats....ans then this one drops into my lap, I play her and bammmm, this guitar is killer, I do think most of it is that it is good wood to begin with, 2 piece alder body, hard rock plain maple neck and most importantly is that John Page built the guitar before he went to head the Custom Shop.
The amp tonally? What most people try to describe as "the sound" but can't find the amp to do it.

Add to below a Hartke bass rig with 4x10 aluminum cones, and a JCM2000 safely tucked in another corner...

Dust. I've got dust in my room. Every growing thing in town is currently pollinating and there is pollen dust on top of pollen dust. It's thick!
