This is the speaker that comes with VOX AC15 amps. I managed to snag one from another forum for the cool price of $30. I decided that the Carvin speaker I had in my Blackface clone wasn't cutting it.
What an improvement! These speakers have a nice clarity that "sings"...It's hard to describe. Nice mid-high emphasis without being brittle, always stays sweet. It improved my amph's (hehehe) tone by 200%, easily.
It is designed and made by Wharfedale (http://www.wharfedale.com/)--it's no cheepy Chinese special. So, if you see one around for a good price, grab it! You won't regret it.
