Jesse Johnson played through a white half stack on Tuesday night at the Roxy in LA and this amp was killer man tone, presence, clarity, & power.
Man I was impressed with his rig I thought at 1st it was some boutique gear company since it was an all white half stack put upon further glance it was the same Line 6 gear he used to record his latest album. Wow LINE 6 has a winner with this amp for sure. If I was gigging I would consider this amp for sure. Yeah I know I said Line 6 honestly though I was so impressed with this amp.

My Bogner Alchemist 112 is a Line6 product. Probably have some similarities with the Bogner designs on the Spider. My amp sure is sweet.

That Fender is very, very, very nice... Very, very, very expensive though. Given all the crap I've bought and sold over the last year, probably spent enough to buy one!

Just a suggestion, if you are interested in the Super Sonic, you could just get a used one. You might not need the extra wattage of the original but they haven't been selling well and go pretty cheap on the used market. Usually in the $5-650 range. I can't speak for the Spider Valve. I know Robert likes his and he knows a thing or two about amps.
