$112.00 for that? You can get a couple of good pedals for that price, pedals that can boost your midrange just as well or better. Or am I missing something?

Maybe it works like a Fender TBX tone pot or something. Btw what's that new pedal in your avatar.

I guess it's like a boost pedal onboard, per their claim. I'd rather use an EQ pedal that works for any input.

Plus w/ a boost pedal you can tailor it, via the controls, to be used on other guitars besides your Strat.

The Eric Clapton Strats have a 25db mid boost circuit built in. They take a 9 volt battery. I took a cursory glance ant it and maybe this is a quick fix for that type of circuit.
I have a "fat boost" by Fulltone. It is a pedal and it does the same thing.
Pretty pricey though.
