I discovered via you tube which seems to be very cool guitar might have to sells some gear to get one of these.

But I was wondering if even has tried this particular guitar out?
Godin Progression Yeah or Nay? Anyone?

I have not seen one except on the Internet, but it looks like Godin has gone back to the look and design style of some of their 1990s guitars. My 1993 ST-IV, as pictured below, appears very similar. Obviously the pickups are different; the ST-IV has blades (humbuckers) in the neck and middle, and a humbucker in the bridge (there was a version with a 'single coil in the bridge too), the Progression sounds like it has high output single coils. Another similarity, but also different, is that my ST-IV has a pull-up tone knob that when engaged adds a scooped tone circuit; in the new guitar with the push button it is described as an active boost kind of circuit.

If it is anything like my Godin the play and feel of the guitar will be excellent.

Trying to find one local in LA might be a hassle but the hunt begins!!!
