Myra and I played some "BBQ music" yesterday for a political party get-together. Paid really well and we got good food included. I'd love to get more of these kind of gigs - very easy going (paid practice) and the gig ends early in the evening. Will be working on more! :dance

I used my Squier Classic Vibe Tele and 2 amps run at the same time - BIGGER sound when not being miked.

Sounds cool. What 2 amphs did you use, Robert?

I used a Pro Junior and a Reverend Hellhound, simply because they are the easiest of my amps to carry and set up fast.

Cool.

You now, however, qualify as "The Man."

Man she's a cutie.

I'd take that gig in a second.

I'm afraid my conscience would require me to contribute my take to Labour though.

;)

Do they ever call the Conservatives in Canada "Tories," like they do in Blighty?
