The drummer Carmine Appice and bassist Tim Bogert went on to form the band "Cactus" with Jeff Beck and
Rod Stewart, but Beck was in a near fatal automobile accident and dropped out before the band even recorded
and when Beck dropped out Stewart joined Ron Wood in "Faces". Bogart and Appice would later re-join Jeff Beck
and form the supergroup "Beck, Bogert, and Appice".
But before that ....they were......Vanilla Fudge
