Hey y'all. You all love music and you know the joy it can bring. Here's a chance to clear out some gear you might not be using and make a real difference for a Veteran. There's a volunteer organization I learned of recently that is getting guitars in to the hands of Veterans. Along with rounding up guitars, they're giving lessons and group lessons.
Donations of acoustic guitars, an extra tuner, a case, a strap that's still in decent serviceable condition, ---. You get the idea, anything that might help a brother or sister out would be greatly appreciated. Cash donations work well too.

If the organization receives a donated instrument that's not really in playable condition, the vets use them as a starting point for an art project and make something out of it. They they auction them off to try and raise a few $$$ to put toward purchasing another guitar for the program.
One of the links below will tell you where your nearest chapter is.

Lets get the lead out and come up with some gear for the people that stood up for the rest of us ~

I sent them my Guild Songbird a few years ago. They do great work, and are hoping to branch out beyond the Wisconsin area. Good people.
