Here's a simple yet useful jazzblues lick.

Jamming to the Line 6 JM4 (http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-2274513-10381297?url=http%3A%2F%2Fguitars.musiciansfriend. com%2Fproduct%2FLine-6-JM4-Looper-Guitar-Effects-Pedal%3Fsku%3D150498&cjsku=150498.088) - great practice tool. :rockya

Great lick Robert. What are the fingerings of the last four chords at the end that you descend with? Thanks again.........Mike

Glad you liked it. It's just using a shape -
11th fret D string, 12th fret G string, 13th fret B string, and then moving that shape one fret at a time (4 times) so that you end up with a C13.

Great lick Robert, it sounds like a 50' blues swing style :thumbsup It would surely fits in a rendition of Caldonia for example !

Finger lickin' good!
I eat this kind'a jazz playing up. Thx, Robert.

You guys should try out his 24 blues great licks lesson (http://www.dolphinstreet.com/download_store/bar_blues_1/). I'm only 20% into it and already have added to my toolbox full o' blues.
I'm sure I'll have more to say after I've completed the lesson.
