I like! He pulls out much more emotion from a guitar than most.
Frisell falls under the Must Listen category for any guitarist.

Sounds like he's incorporating some guitar stylings from some of the African musicians he's worked with. Go to see Frisell live if you ever get the chance.

IHe pulls out much more emotion from a guitar than most.
Without a doubt. He gets more out of one note than most other players get out of a dozen.

Love it! Who else can take these old traditional - even obscure - pieces of the American song book and bring them right up to the present like Frisell?
