But never has there been a more comprehensive or informative DVD about Jimi's life.
As such an inspiriational and great man, he deserves a great documentary to represent his time with us.

They should stop making documentaries with stuff we all know already. Still hoping for a biopic that comes along in such brilliant quality as "Walk the line" or "Ray".

I like reading for factual and for the accounts from people who were there. I'm currently reading "Hendrix: Setting the Record Straight" for this.

A Hendrix biopic done right like the ones you mention above would be very welcome!

The recent release by Steven Roby; Becomming Jimi Hendrix, is well researched/delivered and essential to knowing who Jimi was from the early days.
