Here are a couple of guitars I picked up in a trade this morning....I'm stoked!
I gave a local guy my 2005 Fender MIM Tele for both of these. He was happy
and I'm happy.....so it was a great deal....

Both are in excellent shape....no dings, dents, or bruises. They sound and
play great, although I haven't had time to play them very much or to even
give the "Perfect" setup. So far, I'm a very happy camper...

I love Teles, but wow! I think you got the better end of that deal. I've never really thought about Schecter, I've always associated them with a more metal sensibility, but that is one sweet looking axe! And what's cooler than a Firebird? I wish I could find a deal like that.

That is one of the most desirable Schecters I've seen. I like the C-1 series, but that one really has it all with the piezo.

Nice trade!

Wow, I think you definitely got the better of that trade! But if he's happy, too, then you both made out well.

Great deal! I really like that Firebird. I have a sunburst Epi Thunderbird bass, which I need to make a point of playing more often. Mine's a bit older than your Firebird (mine's MIK).

Great deal.

I have a sunburst Schecter C-1 E/A that I lucked out on a few years ago and got new for a great price, but it was selling for around eight something at GC.

It is a cool guitar. The stock pickups are great but I had a JB and a 59, both covered, put into it. This guitar sounds incredible when played stereo thru an acoustic amp and a guitar amp. The pure acoustic simulated sound is the best I have heard from any hybrid electric acoustics I've played, and the blend when played stereo is awesome. The acoustic piezo sound does not sound nearly as good when playing it into just an electric guitar amp. Played straight up as a C-1 humbucker guitar it sounds super good. Plus the pictures don't do the guitar justice. It is a classy looking guitar.

Congratulations.

That guy must've had a serious Tele jones to give up both of these for it. Trade the 'Bird back to him for 2 Teles.
