Hi folks, I have found this link whilst nosing around. I hope it will be useful to some of our members. I think it has possibilities !! http://www.xs4all.nl/~mp2004/bp/ I'm sure you will benefit from reading the description right from the site instead of me bumbling thru trying to explain what little i know about it. hope someone finds it to be useful.

Hmmm. A FREE open source audio time stretching tool for Windows. That could come in handy.
Thanks.

Our drummer turned me on to this a couple of months ago while we were trying to figure out if we should attempt certain songs in keys different from the original (to better suit our voices, ranges etc.).

It's not bad. The pitch-shift feature actually works pretty good, but I think there is better software out there if you want to use this to slow down a passage to cop it note for note.

To be fair, I haven't played with it THAT much and there are features I haven't tried yet. Maybe I'll have to work with it a bit and post a review.
