Good find there Jimi,funny as I'm watching along he plays some licks I know and then turns the speed dial up my jaw drops and I go now what did he just do.I'm glad I got to see and feel him play.Awesome!!!Sumi:D

Man, I love the sound of the Tele at the beginning... and his 335 tone is awesome. Again, RIP, Gary. He will definitely be missed.

Yeah the 335 sound is pure magic. Gary had this special sound gonig on where he combined beautiful melody with shred elements. It's fascinating how accurate he plays on the one hand but how honest and true he sounds on the other hand. During this interview you can clearly see how he feels the notes and licks and that he becomes one with the guitar. It's so sad that we've lost one of the last real guitar players.
