line 6 m9 question about "folders"

I am a newbie with the line 6 stompbox and am enjoying what little I know very much! Here is a question though. I have 6 presets and need to add in more. I am told that there are folders to access to save more preset sounds. A grand total I am told of 4 total folders - 6 presets in each... The trouble is I can't figure out HOW to access the other folders. I tried the "3a and tap buttons and noodled around, but found nothing. I sure would be grateful for any help.

Have you updated to the most current firmware 2.04 (http://line6.com/software/index.html)? Then download the users manual (http://line6.com/support/manuals/?families=12&submit=Submit&1st=1st)and it will explain everything.

Manual is not helping - trying all it says to do. Either I don't understand it still, or it is a dud...Thanks anyway!

But do you have the most current firmware loaded? You won't have folders without it.
