Today I arrived home to find a lovely new (to me) soldering iron in my mailbox from our own FrankenFretter. My existing iron is slow to heat and a bit underwhelming, so I'm happy to have a new one.

It's...uh...black and has a metal tip. What else goes in here?

Thirty solid state watts. I decided I like tube irons better... ;)
