Worked the count room at a casino last night. I was the Supervisor in the count room. :rockya

We counted $141,000 or there abouts.

This was my first time working at a casino. I found it quite interesting to see how things work "behind the scenes".

For some reason this reminds me of a scene in the movie "The Town"!

Other, about the movie: funny how walking in certain parts of Boston and looking around, you see a lot of characters like the ones depicted in the flick. I did, a few months ago, and was laughing my *** off... and was also feeling like looking over my shoulder every so often, just in case...!

I believe you were $9000 short... So, what gear are you gonna' buy first? :poke

I once worked in an armored van (not the big truck) that refilled ATM's. They averaged hauling between $80,000 and $120,000 per day. I didn't think the low pay made the risk worthwhile, so I didn't stay long.

Reminded me of the movie 'Blow" when George and friends had the whole house full of boxes of money in every room.

Well it was fun to count such sums, I tell ya!

These counting machines are swell - they count super fast and accurately too. Although sometimes they would choke on the 20's...
