I just discovered this L.A. band on Guitar Center Sessions on TV. It's the first GCS concert that I watched all the way through. They put out a real interesting style of music. Plenty of sound and guitar textures and changes. It has a sort of good pop feel. They all met in film school so they are quite artistic. I had to share this find because I think they are pretty good. Not your typical drivel or copy cat rock Top 40 rock band.

Love it.
Another illustration of how there's plenty of good pop music being made, it's just not reaching audiences in the same way pop music used to.
Great guitar stuff on these tracks too, kinda reminds me of Marc Bolan circa "Electric Warrior" or "Slider" which are my two favorites of his.
Still, it's out there and it's fun to find new ones.
